NOTES--Notes were taken of public comments made at the seventeen land use public issue forums (5 in L.I.F.E. classes; 12 in Town Hall Meetings) held in the spring of 2000 in Saline County.  These notes are available in several different forms.  Links to all of the various versions are provided below.

PREFERENCE RANKING SURVEY--Participants in the seventeen land use public issue forums had the option of taking a written preference ranking survey.  Links to the survey form and to the tabulated results from the survey are provided below.  Some of the documents are in PDF form and will require Adobe Acrobat Reader software in order to be viewed.

Voice of the People: Preference Ranking Survey Results--In addition to providing the results of the survey this PowerPoint presentation provides an overview of the survey process and definitions of terms used on the survey form.  The presentation was originally given by Anna Cox at the June 19 2000 meeting of the Saline County Study.
